Zephyrhills- -RB MICHAEL MOODY Jr./5-9/153 Led 'Dogs with 162 rushes for 1,139 yards and 11 touchdowns; averaged 7.0 yards per carry; scored 5 touchdowns in a 72-0 rout of Hudson on Sept. 8; rushed for 205 yards vs. River Ridge on Sept. 15. Land O'Lakes -- RB GODFREY PESTANA Sr./5-11/161 Pasco County's most gifted and prolific star is again Times Pasco County Offensive Player of the Year; rushed 243 times for 1,641 yards and 21 touchdowns in 11 games; averaged 6.8 yards per carry; caught 11 passes for 210 yards and a touchdown; finished with 4,057 career yards. Wesley Chapel -- FB MATT HARDEN /Sr./6-3/200 Bruiser on both sides of the ball; rushed 111 times for 728 yards and 9 touchdowns; averaged 6.6 yards per carry; led Wildcats with 53 tackles, 47 assists, 1 sack, 1 fumble recovery and 2 tackles for loss. Pasco -- WR JOE BAIN Sr./6-3/188 County's top Division I-A prospect caught 21 passes for 573 yards and 7 touchdowns in nine games; on defense had 34 tackles, 12 assists, 1 sack and tied county lead with 5 interceptions; returned punt 65 yards for a touchdown on Sept. 1 vs. Robinson. Wesley Chapel -- WR TYRONE TOMLIN So./6-0/190 Pasco County's leading receiver caught 30 passes for 602 yards and 5 touchdowns; averaged 20.1 yards per reception; rushed 31 times for 212 yards and 2 touchdowns; made 23 tackles, 6 assists, 2 interceptions, 2 sacks and recovered 3 fumbles. Land O'Lakes -- TE SAM WEATHERFORD Sr./6-5/215 Led Gators in receiving with 16 receptions for 245 yards and 2 touchdowns; at outside linebacker made 30 tackles, 29 assists, 2 sacks, 5 tackles for loss and 1 interception, blocked a kick, and forced and recovered a fumble; defensed 7 passes. Ridgewood -- OL KEITH CONLEY Sr./5-7/205 Versatile four-year starter played all over offensive and defensive lines; graded at 78 percent blocking despite shifting from tackle to guard; made 58 tackles, 29 assists, 5.5 sacks and 6 tackles for loss. Zephyrhills -- OL CHARLIE HELM Sr./5-10/215 Starter for 21/2 years; named Bulldogs' top lineman; consistent, efficient, experienced, strong blocker at guard position; two-way starter had 26 tackles and 19 assists. Gulf -- OL DONNIE SINDELAR Sr./5-9/195 Won "Head Hog" award four times; graded at 72 percent blocking; two-year starter; made 36 tackles and 29 assists; had 5 tackles for loss, forced 2 fumbles and recovered 1. Land O'Lakes -- OL JIMMY TUTTLE Sr./6-3/195 Three-year varsity starter, heart of Gators' line; aggressive and quick, he dominated opponents to become county's top offensive tackle; defensive force had 41 tackles, 13 assists, 5 sacks and 7 tackles for loss. Pasco -- OL DONNIE WOODS So./6-5/275 In just his second year as a starter, sophomore is already Pasco County's most physically imposing player; rapidly improved on offense and defense in second half of season. River Ridge -- PAUL CLAPSON Sr./5-11/200 Soccer standout stood out in first season; led county with 36 punts for 1,446 yards; averaged 40.2 yards per punt, longest was 60 yards; converted 24 of 33 extra points and 4 of 9 field goals, including 45-yarder.
